Magic Box / English Practice for Online Zoom Classes
This ESL describing game can be used to help students revise categories of words or vocabulary you have been teaching in class 📚
How to play:
1) Share your screen with your online class.
2) Start this game and ask the student to choose any of the boxes.
3) Depending on the size and level of the class, ask the student a few questions about the object s/he have chosen. Tailor these to the level of the group. For example:
What color/shape is it?
What does it taste like?
How it can be used?
4) Move on to the next student.
Note that you can easily replace images and text with your own using Unsplash Library. This allows you to play the Magic Box game an unlimited number of times.
