Scavenger Hunt / Game for Zoom
Looking to make your virtual meetings more engaging? Try out this Scavenger Hunt! This free template is perfect for team-building activities, online classes, virtual hangouts, or any online gathering.
Scavenger hunts are a great way to challenge participants with problem-solving tasks in a fun and interactive way. They encourage creativity, quick thinking, and can be easily customized to fit the interests and abilities of your group.
Setup:
Create a Zoom/Google/etc. meeting and wait until all the players have joined.
Explain the rules of the game, but make sure not to reveal any items on your flip cards.
All players should turn on their webcams so the host can see who finds the items first.
How to play:
The host flips the first card and reads out the clue to the players. This can be done in person, at home, or via Zoom, Google Hangout, or any other platform.
Once they guess the clues, participants need to find the corresponding item in their environment.
The first person to guess and present the correct item gets the point, followed by second, third, etc., depending on the number of players.
You can easily replace images and text on these cards with your own in the editor and play this game multiple times (e.g., "Bring something yellow/old/warm to the camera").
